Since May 2019 we are sponsoring the education of a peri-operative nurse. This is a nurse specialised in peri-operative care, anaesthesiology, surgery assistance and surgical instruments. This was much needed in the hospital. Adams Zenge was already working in the hospital as a staff nurse and started the education in January 2019, which will take two years. We are still looking for sponsors, so any donations are welcome.
An introduction letter from Adams Zenge:
”My name is Adams Zenge, a staff nurse of West Gonja Hospital, Damongo. I was born on 16/07/1985 in a small village called Ziemoupare. I was later moved to a town called Hamile where I grew up. I school in Hamile by name Hamile St Mary’s primary school and junior secondary. I proceeded to Kanton secondary school in Tumu then later to Jirapa nurses training college where I graduated as a nurse and now I am in the Korle-Bu Peri-Operative nursing school in Accra. I’m the 5th of seven children to my parents who are both still alive and I am my also married with no child as of now. My best hobbies are watching TV news, football, swimming and reading. ”
